Social skills for teens training is an investment in your son’s or daughter’s future.
The scientific journal, Child Development, released an analysis of 33 studies which found that, “Teaching kids social and emotional skills leads to an average 11 percentile-point gain in their academic performance over six months compared to students who didn’t receive the same instruction.”
Social Skills for Teens training focuses on soft skills such as: conversation, etiquette, introductions and table manners.
The study also found that these skills help students form bonds with their teachers and peers. It’s never too early to give your children a head start with the soft skills and teen etiquette classes. These are leadership skills that help them to be confident and succeed.

“Giving students a leg up is a true investment into the future of Alberta. Providing our children the skills required to meet the world after graduation and beyond is critical. Social skills and etiquette are becoming increasingly diminished as social media ramps up. I believe classes like this give students the tools they need to increase their self-esteem and confidence that will ultimately serve them for a lifetime.”
Jacquie Hansen, former president of The Alberta School Board Association.
