Do you have to eat everything on your plate?  Maybe.

In our business dining etiquette seminars we're often asked, “Do I have to finish all the food on my plate?”
Now from a table manners point of view the answer is no (unless your mom is dining with you or you are eating at a certain restaurant).

For the good of the planet, we think your mom had the right idea when she said " finish everything on your plate". But some people who agree with her are downright militant about it.

Our advice – light eaters beware of the Wafu restaurant...
